Les « hotteok »

Connaissez-vous les « hotteok » (호떡)?

Les « Hotteok » sont des pancakes coréens garnis soit de miel, de sucre roux, de cacahuète ou de cannelle. Les « Hotteok » seraient venus de commerçants chinois qui auraient migré en Corée au 19ème siècle. Contrairement à la version chinoise qui est garni d’ingrédients salés, la version coréenne, elle, est garnie d’ingrédients sucrés. Actuellement, il existe de nombreux « hotteok » vendus un peu partout en Corée du Sud, notamment en supermarché.
