Le « Yakgwa »

Connaissez-vous le « Yakgwa » (약과)?

Le « Yakgwa » est une sortie de cookie traditionnel coréen, qui était anciennement beaucoup consommé lors des rites funéraires, des mariages, des fêtes traditionnelles ou encore lors des anniversaires. Actuellement le « yakgwa » est couramment mangé dans la vie de tous les jours, et peut-être trouvé un peu partout, notamment dans les marchés. Ce cookie, fait à partir de miel, a été créé pour les rituels bouddhiques sous la dynastie Silla (668–935).
