Le « Songpyeon »

Connaissez-vous le « Songpyeon » (송편)?

Le « Songpyeon » est une sorte de gâteau de riz traditionnel. Surtout consommé pendant les fêtes de « Chuseok » (추석) chaque année, ce gâteau en forme de demi-lune est garni d’ingrédients sucrés tels que du miel, du haricots rouge, des cacahuètes, etc. Pour de nombreux coréens, les fêtes de « Chuseok » ne peuvent pas bien se dérouler si des « Songpyeon » ne sont pas disposés sur la table.
