Le « Pajeon » est un plat à base de farine, d’œufs, de poireaux et autres ingrédients. Du bœuf, porc, kimchi ou fruits de mer sont aussi très souvent intégrés dans ce plat. Le « Pajeon » contenant des fruits de mer est appelé « haemul-pajeon » (해물파전) et est très populaire aux bords de mer, notamment à Busan.
